Terms of Service

The Mobile Informers Terms of Service (TOS) consists of the following terms as well as any supplemental terms provided for any products, software, websites, services, and other goods operated, offered, or owned by Mobile Informers or its parent company Web Exordium. This TOS is an electronic contract between you and mobile informers as well as its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and family of brands.

By registering with Mobile Informers, using mobileinformers.com for information purposes, or using any services made available on mobileinformers.com you are agreeing to the terms of service and may use any of the services above as long as you continue to comply with them.

Using Mobile Informers

To use our services you must comply with all regulations and applicable laws. You may not facilitate, participate in, or in any way further illegal activities; immediately notify Mobile Informers if you learn of any illegal activities in association with services.

Your Username and Password are Private

You may not post content that contains graphic or explicit descriptions of sexual acts. You may not post content that is in any way defamatory, abusive, threatening, libelous, fraudulent, deceptive, tortious, or is in any way an invasion of another’s privacy. You may not engage in any activity that may be harmful to our advertisers, customers, vendors, affiliates, or anyone else. You may not use any automated process to access mobileinformers.com or any process related to the website without explicit written permission from Mobile Informers.

To enforce this TOS we can, at our sole discretion, take any legal, technical, or other action that we deem appropriate without notice.

If you are accessing our services using a mobile device, your wireless service provider may charge you fees above and beyond any charged by mobileinformers.com. Mobile Informers offers no guarantee that services can be accessed through all mobile devices, services, or geographical locations.

Mobile Informers is not responsible for any damages or loss of personal data if you store authentication information where it can be used by others. We are not responsible for any damage incurred if someone other than you uses that information. It is up to you to take all necessary steps to protect your information.

Services

When providing services Mobile Informers may display advertising from time to time within them. Use of these services is an agreement to accept the advertising on any device used to access services. Mobile Informers may alter any aspect of the service in our sole discretion without notice.

Services are based in the United States. Although they may be accessed outside of the United States they’re not designed or customized for any other country. Use of services is contingent upon your compliance with the laws of the country from which they are being accessed from.

Posting content

You may post content to a service only if the following criteria are met:

• You own or have the owners express permission to use the content
• The content does not infringe any other person’s or entity’s rights
• The content does not violate any applicable laws or this TOS

Content can be removed for any reason.

You are responsible for content you post. The consequences of publishing such content are yours alone. Mobile Informers is not responsible for the consequences of sharing any information, personal or otherwise, on our services.

Professional advice including investment advice, legal advice, or the provision of medical treatment may not be posted. Mobile Informers owns title, interests, and all rights to any collective work, compilation, or derivative work created that incorporates your content but not your original work.

Spam

You may not create multiple usernames for sending unsolicited bulk communications. You may not post advertising of any kind on mobileinformers.com without express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Mobile Informers does not warrant or guarantee that any information available using our services is reliable or accurate. We supply our services “as is”, with all faults and as available.

Some states do not allow us to limit our liability for consequential damages or exclude warranties. In those states our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

If any provisions of this TOS are invalidated or found to be unenforceable by a court of law the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. Mobile informers may assign this contract at any time without notice. You may not assign this contract to anyone else.

Mobile Informers may be required by law to release information to a third party about your account. This could include the content of e-mail. Except as prohibited by law we will send you notice if we plan to comply with a civil subpoena related to your account. You agree to hold Mobile Informers harmless for the release of any information related to your account released due to a civil subpoena.
